The Brantigans have close ties with their Egyptian colleagues.
Pictures here show Shay, Kathy and Chuck with the Surgery Department
of the El Maadi Hospital in Cairo, as well as some examples of
cooking in a fine vernacular restaurant in Cairo in 105 degree heat.
