 I have been with Dr. Brantigan’s practice since 1991. I am the person responsible for the privacy of your medical records, beginning with transcribing them from the practitioners’ dictations, making sure they are kept in the proper places(s) and that they are only seen by people with authorized access. I am also the HIPAA (privacy of medical records) officer. If you have concerns with the regard to the privacy of your medical records just ask for Billie when you call. I also make sure that the doctors and their nurses are kept up to date with regard to hospital staff privileges as well as keeping us on board with each of the many insurance companies we accept.
I am Dr. Brantigan’s “go to” person with regard to his non-medical interests including his civic activities and any legal concerns that may arise.
My hobbies are competitive dancing and “working out”. |
